Elite Security Officer Armed Level III Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local management and/or emergency personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and merchandise zones to help support loss prevention efforts and report suspicious behavior, trespassing, and/or unauthorized access;
Assist with de-escalation, access control, and customer interaction while maintaining a visible presence that may help to deter theft, disorderly conduct, and/or other security-related concerns
