** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.

+ Monitor communications systems, receive calls for assistance, and dispatch security-related personnel to incidents, service requests, and/or priority situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Maintain detailed activity logs, incident records, and dispatch communications while sharing timely updates with site contacts, field personnel, and/or Allied Universal leadership.

+ Support incident coordination by tracking alarms, cameras, and/or other reporting tools, helping to route information to the appropriate responders and assist with follow-up actions.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location and assignment.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
