Pay Rate

USD 23.75 per hour, paid weekly with advance payment options available, free uniforms, and comprehensive benefits.

Shift Specifics

1:30 pm to 10:00 pm (weekends and holidays required)

Required Experiences / Skillset

Proficiency in bike riding
Valid TX Driver’s License (current, not suspended or revoked)
1+ year in a high-contact environment

Preferred Licensure

TCOLE
Level 2, 3 or 4 Security License
First Aid + CPR

Physical Requirements

1. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

2. Must understand and follow instructions provided in Post Orders or by supervisory personnel and retain information for recall later.

3. Must communicate clearly and effectively with others.

4. Must use an appropriate method of communication in a reasonable manner in stressful situations.

5. Must be capable of making sound decisions and using good judgment in all situations.

6. Must be able to work effectively in fast‑paced environments with constantly changing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

7. Must use telephones, two‑way radios, and common office equipment; some duties may require computer‑based research and software proficiency (training will be provided).

8. Must remain alert and vigilant while on duty to detect and respond to unusual or emergency situations rapidly.

9. Must maintain physical condition adequate for walking, running or climbing stairs rapidly during emergencies; duties may also require standing, bending, lifting and frequent operation of office equipment.

10. Must perform outdoor duties in all weather conditions.

11. Must meet all physical requirements listed on the BBB application.

Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct indoor/outdoor security patrols of buildings, facilities, and property at the assigned site to deter criminal activity using foot, bicycle or mobile patrolling methods.

Control access to and from the client’s property; perform inspections of all persons and items entering or leaving as directed.

Direct and control pedestrian and/or vehicular traffic on the client’s property.

Monitor conditions around the property using two‑way radios, fire alarm, intrusion, and/or surveillance systems.

Secure and safeguard proprietary and confidential information, documents, or data.

Conduct safety awareness and fire watch patrols as required.

Interpret and follow verbal and written orders, directives or instructions from Brantley Management or the client’s representative.

Respond promptly to emergency situations where life‑threatening or property risks exist; report findings immediately to appropriate authorities.

Produce clear, legible, and concise written documentation when required.
