Day Time Tuesday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Wednesday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Thursday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Friday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted access points, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and policy awareness for the location.
• Support hotel and resort operations by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate, while providing a professional presence and assistance during routine and emergency‑related events.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
