Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Thu 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols while supporting an orderly flow of people and materials.
• Support security‑related operations for a dynamic business environment where working conditions, schedules, and/or patrol routes may vary by location and business needs.

• 2 or more years of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
