Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is looking for a Security Officer – Part Time to join our Security team!

• Respond to guest and employee emergencies
• Vendor, guest, and contractor check‑in/check‑out
• Log and dispatch lost and found items
• Receive and dispatch mail and deliveries
• Respond to and report incidents and accidents
• Provide basic first aid
• Implement safety and security protocols and procedures for the hotel
• Regularly monitor and walk hotel premises
• Maintain outstanding customer service in all interactions with guests and colleagues

• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Previous security experience preferred
• Level 2 Security Guard Card preferred
