Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at a government location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to supervisors and/or public officials as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help support authorized access, observe daily activity, and document incidents according to site procedures.;
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including following post orders, assisting with evacuations, and coordinating with first responders and/or site contacts.
