We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and service‑oriented Security Officer to join our dedicated Security Team.
Position Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills to ensure hotel safety standards are upheld at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors
* Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address potential safety concerns
* Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and guest needs
* Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures with professionalism and courtesy
* Accurately document incidents, accidents, and daily activities in detailed reports
* Collaborate with hotel leadership, departments, and local emergency services as needed
* Support additional safety and operational responsibilities to ensure a positive guest experience
