As a Security Officer Armed Site Patrol in Austin, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security‑related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting daily operations.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

• Thur: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, including preparing clear and accurate activity and incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, perimeter, and/or receiving zones to help deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high‑traffic areas, and/or restricted access points while maintaining awareness of retail operations, customer flow, and after‑hours activity.
• Support loss prevention and security‑related response efforts by addressing policy violations, assisting with access control, and/or coordinating with local law enforcement when appropriate.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess Level III Armed Certification for Texas.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must undergo mandatory background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
