Conduct regular armed patrols of the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and point-of-sale surroundings for suspicious behavior and policy violations;
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by following site-specific procedures and emergency response activities;
Report theft-related activity and assist with access control to support asset protection and loss prevention;
Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations for appropriate personnel
