Security Officer Commissioned Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or designated points of interest for unusual activity and report concerns;
Support loss prevention and security-related operations by observing customer and employee activity, assisting with access control, and completing detailed incident and/or daily activity reports;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed
