• Patrol and monitor exterior and community areas on‑premises.
• Perform access control of entrances and exits and manage departure of employees and visitors.
• Monitor surveillance cameras for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Provide detailed reports on daily activities and incidents that may have occurred.
• Perform CPR or first aid when needed.
• Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Project Manager.

• Must possess and maintain a valid Security Guard Card.
• At least two (2) years of experience in security.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures per contract.
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X‑ray machines.
• Using provided communication devices such as two‑way radios clearly and concisely.
• Strong relevant knowledge of the security industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a customer service‑driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers.

• At least 2 years of college.
• High School Diploma/GED.

• TxDPS Security License (Texas Armed).
• CPR/First Aid.

Full and Part‑Time position; 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends.
