Job Skills / Requirements

As a Concierge Security Officer there is a high focus in offering Premier Customer Service to residents and guest.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay.
  • Manage access control
  • Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
  • Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
  • Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer:

  • Proven experience in a concierge or high-level customer service role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and high-profile personalities effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and guest service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
