Job Skills / RequirementsAs a Concierge Security Officer there is a high focus in offering Premier Customer Service to residents and guest.
Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Officer:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Problem-Solving:
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to throughout their stay. - Manage access control
- Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Qualifications for Concierge Security Officer:
- Proven experience in a concierge or high-level customer service role, ideally within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and high-profile personalities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and guest service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
