* Manage access control by verifying credentials, visitor logs, or authorizations as necessary.
* De-escalate conflicts with a composed and professional approach.
* Respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuation situations according to site protocols.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors using assigned communication devices such as radios or phones.
* Prepare thorough incident and activity reports as needed.
** Qualifications
