Security Officer Lobby Concierge

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor the front desk area and building entry points, greet visitors, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through proper channels when needed.;
Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, package documentation, and other required reports related to security-related activities.;
Communicate with property management, residents, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related concerns, building procedures, and unusual activity.
