Security Supervisor

White Lodging -  - Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the Security team, ensuring effective responses to all safety and security incidents;
Conduct investigations of missing item claims, guest concerns, and associate incidents, preparing detailed reports and follow-ups;
Oversee department operations in the absence of the Director of Security, including managing schedules and assigning duties;
Facilitate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA standards, loss prevention policies, and emergency response protocols;
Conduct daily property patrols, hazard inspections, and key control checks to maintain a secure and safe environment
