Event Security

Join Andy Frain Services as Event Security in our Safety, Security & Law Enforcement department, supporting high-profile Entertainment & Sports events. You'll ensure a safe, secure, and positive experience for guests, staff, and performers by monitoring access points, conducting bag checks, enforcing venue policies, and responding to incidents professionally. Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence at entertainment and sports venues to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and performers
• Conduct access control, including ticket and credential verification, bag checks, and screening in accordance with venue and company policies
• Monitor crowds for potential safety issues, disturbances, or policy violations and take appropriate action or escalate to supervisors or law enforcement
• Assist with crowd flow, line management, and seat verification to maintain orderly entry, exit, and movement throughout the venue
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or medical situations, following established incident response and reporting procedures
• Document and report security-related incidents, safety hazards, and unusual activities in a clear and timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service by offering directions, event information, and assistance to guests while maintaining security protocols
• Coordinate with supervisors, venue management, and law enforcement partners as needed to support event operations and public safety objectives
• Support pre- and post-event security tasks such as perimeter checks, equipment inspections, and securing restricted areas
• Uphold EMPLOYER-NAME and venue standards for professionalism, appearance, punctuality, and adherence to all safety and security guidelines
