Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Patrol Driver to protect client sites in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will patrol facilities by vehicle and on foot, respond to alarms, and operate security systems to detect and deter threats. You will control access, verify IDs, and document incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned facilities and grounds by vehicle and on foot to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
• Monitor and respond to alarms and security system alerts, assessing situations and taking appropriate action
• Control access points, verify identification, and maintain visitor and vehicle logs
• Conduct safety and security inspections, documenting findings and reporting hazards or incidents
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively with clients, public safety agencies, and site management during routine and emergency situations
• Follow all company, client, and legal guidelines for use of force, firearms (if applicable), and emergency response
• Participate in ongoing training on defensive tactics, de-escalation, and security technology systems
