Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel while carrying out armed security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail sales floors, entrances, loading areas, parking lots, and the surrounding perimeter;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting concerns promptly to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Document incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities accurately and completely in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
