Armed Security Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Officer for field patrol in the Administrative & Support & Waste Management industry. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, control access, respond to alarms, and provide visible security presence across client sites. You will document incidents, support emergency response, and deliver professional customer service while upholding strict safety and firearms protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed vehicle and foot patrols across assigned client properties
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and enforce site policies
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when needed
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Perform safety checks, inspections, and hazard identification rounds
• Provide professional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
• Follow company and client security procedures and post orders
• Participate in ongoing training, firearms qualification, and safety drills
• Communicate effectively via radio, phone, and written reports
• Support incident prevention through visible presence and vigilance
