What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (Preferred)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide 5-star service.
- Project Execution: Manage the mitigation team from initial inspection to final equipment pickup.
- Perform Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
- Lead Crews: Guide and train junior techs in the field, ensuring high standards and safe practices.
- Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.
