We are a full-service design, build, and water mitigation company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our mission is to take every job from concept to completion — and we’re looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman / Finishing Technician to help us deliver exceptional results all the way to the finish line.

We’re looking for a jack-of-all-trades with strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the drive to see a project through to completion. This role focuses primarily on the final 5% of our projects — the punch list — ensuring every last detail is buttoned up before client handoff. The right person is internally motivated
, highly reliable, and committed to quality.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule
, but availability during evenings and occasional weekends is required based on project needs.

• Complete punch list items and final project details on residential and commercial job sites
• Perform a wide range of general handyman and finish work tasks, including:
  • Installing trim, fixtures, and hardware
  • Paint touch-ups, drywall patching, and minor carpentry
  • Adjusting doors, cabinetry, and built-ins
  • Light plumbing and electrical (non-licensed work)
  • Basic tile and flooring repairs or adjustments
• Support design and build teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standard
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Communicate clearly with project managers and team members

• 3+ years of experience in general construction, remodeling, or handyman work
• Well-rounded skill set across carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing/electrical, and finish work
• Must be self-motivated

• Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Must provide:

  • Detailed list of skills and experience
  • Photos of previous work/projects
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and basic tools required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a major plus

• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $65,000
