Position: Exterior Home and Commercial Lighting Installer
Job description
We need experienced, capable, and reliable installation technicians to join our team. We are seeking full-time contractors, with high earning potential, installing our cutting-edge LED lighting system on our client's homes and businesses.
We are looking for motivated individuals with construction experience, electrical experience, comfort climbing ladders, an aptitude for high-quality workmanship, and the ability to communicate well with clients.

Job Responsibilities
Installing LED lighting systems on residential and commercial, including the track system itself and wiring the control module.Must have own tools (drills, ladders, metal snips, basic hand tools) and a way to transport long ladders to jobs.Explain the use of the system to the client once the installation is finished, give a demo, and answer questions.Must be comfortable working at heights from a ladder or on rooftops.Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
General understanding of Electrical.Vehicle to transport material, long ladders, and tools.Comfortable working at heights on ladders (as high as 36').Several years of experience in construction-related and electrical work.An aptitude for craftsmanship and attention to detail.Good stamina; physically able to complete the job in a timely manner.Valid driver’s license.This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:

How many years of fieldwork (not office work) do you have in construction or the trades?Installers run solo on every job. Do you have experience and are you comfortable working alone on tall ladders (up to 32 feet)?Installers are required to give app tutorials after an install. Can you communicate to a customer how to connect a controller to home WiFi and how to use a smartphone app?We require an in-person interview after a pre-qualification phone call. When is your soonest availability to visit an install in progress?32ft extension ladder and your own tools are required after training. Is your vehicle capable of (or could be set up to be capable of) transporting tools and extension ladders up to 32ft to local job sites?Installers are expected to work alone. Are you applying with the expectation of bringing a helper on board?We use fractions. Would you be able to quickly identify where 9/16" is on a ruler or tape measure?Work Location: Local, On the road
