This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Technician located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems and ensuring compliance with life safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include testing alarm systems, addressing low voltage engineering needs, performing diagnostics, and working collaboratively to deliver excellent customer service.

• Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and understanding electrical systems
• Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving issues with fire alarm and security systems
• Experience with Alarm Systems installation, maintenance, and inspection
• Knowledge of Life Safety codes and regulations
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and address client needs
• Ability to work independently and efficiently onsite
• Prior certifications in fire alarm systems (e.g., NICET, OSHA) are advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical certifications preferred
