This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX, for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, conducting troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each service visit. The role involves carrying out preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
• Skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional service experiences
• Certification and knowledge related to EPA regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Valid HVAC technician certification and driver’s license
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX, and on flexible schedules, including emergencies
