Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Install Supervisor based in Texas. The Field Install Supervisor will oversee installation projects, ensuring quality standards, and adherence to project schedules. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating teams, managing materials and logistics, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring safety compliance. This role involves close collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects successfully.
Qualifications- Project management and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate installation teams.
- Proficiency in reviewing blueprints, installation plans, and design documents.
- Experience in carpentry, millwork, and installation of fixtures such as signage, vinyl, patch and paint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently and ensure timely project completion.
- Capability to manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and uphold safety standards on-site.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in retail and commercial installations.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to the dynamic nature of fieldwork as required
