Altruistic AC & Heating is a locally owned HVAC company that provides professional heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality services across the Austin area.
We are seeking an HVAC Install Helper who can assist with the install of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Hours: Monday through Friday
Pay: $20 per hour to start - Piece pay after training
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 5 Paid Time Off (PTO) days first year (increases after year

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience assisting in HVAC installs - both new construction and retro work - preferred but not required
- Must pass drug and background check
- Valid license and insurable driving record
- Positive attitude
- Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
- Ability to lift and carry 100lbs
- EPA Type 1 Certification required
- HVAC Trade school or Certification preferred
