• Assist crew leads with everything needed to keep projects on track.
• Set up cones, signs, and posts for safe and efficient work zones.
• Mark layouts with precision and ensure every detail is accurate.
• Prep, maintain, and handle tools with pride.
• Dig, erect, organize, and tidy job sites.
• Use a range of hand and power tools for daily tasks.
• Safely direct traffic to keep drivers and workers out of harm’s way.
• Travel in company vehicles and take on-demand calls as a field‑ready problem solver.

• Team‑oriented and positive, even under pressure.
• Safety‑first mindset: follows rules of the road and work‑zone procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 80 lbs, push/pull up to 50 lbs, and work uneven terrain in all weather.

• Squat, stoop, climb, and crawl frequently.
• Work on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 80 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain balance, coordination, and stamina.

• Preferred:
  Flagger Certification (we will provide certification if needed).
• Preferred:
  Traffic Control Technician (TCT) Certification.

• Availability for nights and weekends as duty calls.
• Successful background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with an acceptable MVR.
