Service Technician - Integrated Security Systems

Integrated Security Solutions Technician – Austin, TX

Join DH Pace Company, a family‑owned leader in door and security solutions. We’re looking for a technician to service Commercial Integrated Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm, etc.).

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on‑site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
• Successful completion of references, employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.
