Job Overview

We are seeking an Installer/Carpenter to support exterior construction projects, including skylight and day lighting system installations, as well as general carpentry work. This role involves hands‑on installation, job site safety, and collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Install skylights, day lighting systems (e.g., Solatube), and related components
• Perform general carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Communicate with team members regarding job progress and requirements
• Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, construction, or installation work preferred
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
