Licensed Journeyman Plumber
to join our downtown Austin team.

• $38-$48 per hour base pay
• 5% revenue bonus
  on work you sell (the owner sells jobs too)

  in the same buildings
• Strong relationships with local residents and property managers

• Residential and Commercial Service work in large multi unit buildings

Make more per hour with less unpaid drive time!

Average work week: ~45 hours

• Occasional weekend work
• Minimal on-call rotation

This role is designed to allow technicians to

Service residential and light commercial plumbing systems including:

• Water heater repair and replacement
• Fixture repairs (toilets, faucets, valves)
• Leak detection and plumbing troubleshooting
• Drain and plumbing systems, often in high-rise condos
• Recirculation pump systems

Much of the work occurs in
finished spaces and luxury condos
, both residential and commercial so professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

• Texas Journeyman Plumbing License with 5+ years of experience
• Strong
  residential service plumbing experience
• Highly skilled and comfortable working in
  high-rise buildings
• Ability to
  diagnose plumbing systems independently
• Comfortable using
  dispatch software and modern service technology
