Job Summary

Closets by Design is immediately hiring 2 qualified candidates for our Installer Development Program. New Installers will work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process of our product lines in a safe, quality manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Those who demonstrate a positive attitude, hustle, and an ability to learn, will be able to progress quickly through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.

• Work directly with a Lead Installer to learn the installation process.
• Ensure a safe, quality installation environment and customer satisfaction.
• Progress through the program from helper to junior installer to lead installer.

• Possess and maintain current driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience with small hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Basic math skills.
• Good communication skills.
