Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating healthy, beautiful lawns? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team of Lawn Care Technicians!

We are seeking applicants local to the Austin area.

1st year potential: 40k - 50k, based on production

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday as needed)

Hours: Start to finish job, so depends on the last job completed.

This individual should be willing to learn and apply specialized knowledge of Lawn Care treatments to best serve our customers. • Must hold a valid driver’s license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• No experience necessary, we will train the right applicant.
• Demonstrates proficiency in fundamental mathematical concepts.
• Able to comprehend and follow written communication effectively.
• An individual that is serious, sincere and cooperative.
• Able to manage specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure and still maintain good composure.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
• Dependable and self‑motivated with desire to work year‑round.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.

• Ensure the proper treatment and application of fertilizers and other chemicals to control the suspected or diagnosed disease to stimulate the growth of turf and/or to prevent and control the growth of weeds on the turf of the property.
• Gain understanding and knowledge of various regional types of turf and common diseases and infestations.
• Diagnose problems or diseases with the turf on residential and commercial properties and propose treatment.
• Learn and use all equipment in an efficient and safe manner as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
