What You'll Do:
* Run residential plumbing service calls - diagnose, repair, and deliver solutions
* Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about their options
* Document your work accurately and completely - pictures, reports, records
* Hit your KPIs: average ticket, conversion, customer satisfaction
* Represent a company customers have trusted for 85 years
What We Need:
* 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
* Active Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
* Clean driving record for the last two years + valid license
* Able to pass background and drug screen
* You know your KPIs - average ticket, conversion rate, close rate - and you take them seriously
* Professional attitude and pride in your trade
