Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and eager‑to‑learn Plumbing Drain Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a valid Texas Plumbing Apprentice card who is looking to gain hands‑on experience, develop their skills, and advance their career in the plumbing industry.
As a technician you will work closely with experienced plumbers, learning the intricacies of drain cleaning, inspection, and repair, and developing customer‑service skills.
Responsibilities- Assist lead technicians with various drain service calls, including clearing clogs, performing camera inspections, and hydro‑jetting.
- Diagnose drain issues and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain and organize service vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Be available for occasional on‑call shifts as needed.
- MUST POSSESS A VALID TEXAS PLUMBING APPRENTICE CARD. (Proof required)
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Prior experience in a related field (e.g., general labor, construction) is required.

- A clear pathway to full plumbing licensing:
Tradesman/Journeyman. - Company‑provided vehicle, tools and equipment (as you progress).
