Job site is located in the Dripping Springs area
This is a seasonal SUMMER position.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations on an active construction jobsite. The ideal candidate is a team player who can perform a variety of physical tasks safely and efficiently under the direction of a supervisor or foreman.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment around the jobsite
- Prepare and clean work areas before, during, and after construction activities
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil as directed
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and temporary structures
- Remove debris, waste, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools (shovels, jackhammers, compactors, etc.)
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or project supervisor
- Must pass background check and have dependable transportation to/from job site each day.
- Prior construction or labor experience preferred; on-the-job training available
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Age 17+
Competitive hourly wage based on experience. Overtime opportunities available.
Work EnvironmentThis position works full-time on an active outdoor construction jobsite. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) — including hard hat, safety vest, steel-toed boots, and gloves — is required at all times.
