Install electrical wiring, conduits, boxes, etc.;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic problems;
Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks for facilities assets (buildings, HVACs, compressors, fire alarm systems, etc.);
Move furniture, repair and paint sheetrock, install lighting fixtures, replace HVAC filters;
Communicate with external contractors and vendors to resolve issues related the health of Dovers assets
