Full‑Time | Contract‑to‑Hire

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is key to ensuring resident satisfaction and the smooth operation of our apartment community.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Perform preventative maintenance across units and common areas.
• Complete "make-ready" tasks to prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain exterior areas and lighting to ensure the property’s curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and participate in the on‑call rotation.

• HVAC certification required.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in multi‑family housing.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
