Solaris Electric is hiring a licensed Journeyman Electrician to support commercial, industrial, and residential electrical projects across the Austin region. This role offers steady project work, exposure to diverse electrical systems, and opportunities to grow within a performance driven environment.

• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades on commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Install raceway systems including conduit, cable tray, and structured wiring
• Troubleshoot motor and control systems and implement solutions
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Coordinate with field leadership and other trades on active jobsites
• Maintain safe work practices and adhere to NEC standards
• Support project timelines through efficient and organized work execution

• Commercial electrical installations
• Industrial electrical systems
• Residential electrical work as needed
• Controls and motor system troubleshooting
• New construction and project based assignments

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Strong ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Proficiency with conduit bending, motor controls, and electrical tools
• Independent problem solving skills and strong work ethic
• Ability to work on travel assignments as needed
• 8 or more years of total electrical experience and completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred
• Regional project assignments available
• Per diem provided for travel projects
• Project based travel schedule
• $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
