We are searching for a skilled Electrical Foreman who will grow and develop their long-term career with Kilgore Industries. The Foreman is responsible for the preparation and installation of electrical systems. Additionally, the Foreman ensures the team works in a clean and working together environment. The primary function of the Electrical Foreman is to produce quality work in a safe and productive manner.

• Installs electrical switch gear, fixtures, raceways, conductors, devices and other electrical work in commercial, institutional and public buildings
• Reads and interprets blue print drawings
• Effectively communicates, manages and leads assigned crew members
• Work with the Superintendent and Project Manager well as a team
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment
• Has a good understanding on how to operate the tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Reports to the jobsite Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm and additional hours as necessary
• Maintains constant communication with the Apprentice, Journeyman, Foreman and Superintendent
• Maintains a professional working relationship with the General Contractors

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a current Texas Journeyman Card
• 4 years of commercial electrical experience
• Must be a good communicator, verbal and written
• Must be self‑motivated, hardworking and reliable
• Must have general knowledge of electrical systems and the desire to advance
• E‑Verify, background check, physical and drug screen required
• Able to work in fast paced environments and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds
• Works well in a team environment
• Electrical tools required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
