Perform a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance repairs;
Perform general carpentry duties such as wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Conduct proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator maintenance;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities for safety and cleanliness and identify issues requiring maintenance or replacement
