POSITION OVERVIEW We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Chiller Technician to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as an active EPA Certification.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Perform routine, and unscheduled, maintenance and repair of commercial systems including air-cooled chillers, centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handler units, valves, fan coil units, variable air volume systems, etc Diagnose and repair of machine and equipment defects including electronic, mechanical, and electrical components related to these systems

Inspect and test system components to ensure proper operation, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards

Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, general servicing, and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems

Assist in installing, retrofitting, and commissioning commercial chiller systems and related HVAC equipment

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to assess and repair HVAC systems

Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial Chiller and Refrigeration Equipment Comfortable and knowledgeable in electrical including electrical components, timers, contractors, relays

Adhere to safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements related to HVAC and refrigeration systems

Responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction through direct, on-site, customer interface

Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients regarding maintenance schedules, energy efficiency, and system improvement

Prepare and present detailed service reports to customers

ACCOUNTABILITIES Continual learning and development in the body of knowledge through First Call Academy, to ensure we set the bar for skill level in the industry

Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the First Call our customers make for their HVAC needs

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT This position reports to the local Service Manager and is responsible for engaging with the service team and all of our customers.

Valid Driver License w/acceptable driving record
