Golf Cart Attendant Supervisor

Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full‑time Golf Cart Attendant Supervisor for Barton Creek Country Club in Texas. The role focuses on overseeing golf cart operations, maintaining equipment, ensuring a clean driving range, and supervising staff.

• Work and maintain knowledge of the game of golf.
• Lead and delegate tasks while keeping a positive work environment.
• Ensure golf carts, driving range, and bag drop area meet Omni standards.
• Oversee daily maintenance of carts per the preventative maintenance program.
• Communicate with Golf Maintenance, Club Car, and local mechanics to manage the golf cart fleet.
• Generate initiatives to improve driving range standards, cart presentation, and overall facility appearance.
• Develop contacts across resort operations to support guest bag and supply transfers.
• Maintain security of equipment and guest belongings.
• Maintain inventory of carts, tees, balls, towels, bag tags, scorecards, and water station supplies.
• Ensure adequate staffing and act as the main communication link between inside and outside golf staff.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of the game of golf.
• Ability to work shifts of 12–16 hours.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and stock moderate to heavy weight.
• Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• College degree preferred.
