• Service and repair a variety of safes, vaults, and locking mechanisms (mechanical and electronic).
• Perform safe and vault installations, ensuring optimal security systems are in place.
• Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely, reliable solutions.
• Handle emergency openings for clients locked out of their safes or vaults.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their security needs and offer expert recommendations.

• Experience in safe and vault repair or a related field (preferred).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of safe locks, key systems, and electronic security systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle complex security systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
