Hydromax USA is seeking Technician Trainees for their Water division in Austin, Texas. These individuals will join a rapidly growing utility services company, working outdoors on essential maintenance programs such as valve exercise, fire hydrant maintenance, and blowoff maintenance. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, ideal for motivated candidates eager to launch a career in the utility industry and advance quickly.

• Wage: $18–$21 per hour depending on experience

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screening
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Certification (as required by project)
• Physically capable of field work: walking over varied terrain, entering confined spaces, bending, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Willing and able to travel as needed, including weekends and occasional night shifts
• Proficient in using mobile devices and field data collection applications
• Ability to operate and maneuver a 4x4 2500 series truck in off-road or challenging conditions
