PositionSummary
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience and possess strong troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills on a variety of commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues.
- Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and related HVAC equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding equipment conditions and recommended repairs.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience servicing RTUs, VAV systems, air handlers, split systems, and commercial HVAC controls.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- NATE Certification.
- Experience with chillers, boilers, or VRF systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and mechanical environments.
