General Laborer AUSTIN Texas 78725 $ 18.00 per hour 1st Shift | 6AM - Finish | Monday–Friday / Typically 8 hours per day

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with daily operations in Dekalb, IL. This position involves performing a variety of general manual labor tasks to support field operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and gaining hands‑on experience in landfill operations and environmental services.

• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials
• Assist with site maintenance and cleanup as directed
• Operate hand tools and light equipment safely
• Support field operations and follow all site safety procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by site supervisors

• No prior experience required — training provided
• Must be reliable, punctual, and safety‑conscious
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  
  Must wear appropriate work clothing and footwear (steel‑toe boots recommended)

• Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
• Shift: 1st Shift, Start 6AM
• Days: Monday – Friday
