Whatyou will do
You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through the installation and support of advanced low‑voltage systems (under 50 V). You’ll work hands‑on in customer homes, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and configured for optimal performance and reliability. You’ll build customer trust through quality workmanship, technical expertise, and clear communication.
- Install low‑voltage wiring and mount devices according to site layouts and routing plans.
- Perform site assessments, system testing, and verify connections including monitoring center communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and flag defective materials or job inaccuracies that affect service quality.
- Educate customers on system features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (additional licensing may be required by location).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with computer hardware, software, and network diagnostics.
- Ability to safely operate a company fleet vehicle.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer‑first communication style.
- Self‑directed with solid time management in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior field technical training is preferred.
