As we continue to deliver cutting‑edge commercial audiovisual solutions to businesses across the region, we're looking to add 2–4 experienced Commercial AV Installation Technicians to our team.

You'll work alongside a skilled team installing and integrating state‑of‑the‑art audiovisual systems for a variety of commercial clients while helping support our continued growth throughout Texas.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians on‑site.
- Assign and oversee technician tasks, ensuring high‑quality work.
- Arrive early to prepare for the team and stay late to review their work.
- Maintain and track company tools and equipment used on projects.
- Review, update, and ensure adherence to project shop drawings.
- Document serial numbers of all installed equipment.
- Serve as the on‑site liaison between the client, RPM, and other trades.
- Provide daily reports and communicate project progress with the RPM Project Manager.
- Conduct quality control checks before job completion.
- Ensure all installed equipment is properly set up, aligned, and tested.
- Facilitate the commissioning process with Engineers, Project Managers, and Programmers.
- Manage and replenish necessary hardware for project completion.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial A/V field installation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass government and civilian background checks, MVR review, and drug testing
- Strong A/V troubleshooting and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other job‑related applications
- Excellent communication skills with a team‑oriented mindset
- OSHA 10 certification
- AVIXA CTS, CTS‑I, OSHA 30 certification
- Manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Harman, Chief, QSC)
- Experience with mounting and constructing all‑thread and uni‑strut structures
- Willingness to travel 75-100% for projects
- Personal cordless drill set (all other tools provided)
