Technician Apprentice Program - Body Apprentice

Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. The role involves performing all-purpose duties, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques, learning training material and hands‑on skills, reading estimates, identifying damage, repairing vehicles, and checking work for quality and accuracy under a mentor’s direction.

• Weekly pay (every Friday)

• Anniversary bonus: $1,000 after 12 months in a body tech role post‑graduation
• No experience required—training provided

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• English speaking and reading ability
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks: reaching below/above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to complete required training and certifications related to TAP
• Nice to have but not required: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo‑Tech certification

• Consistent physical activity: reach, kneel, bend, squat, lift up to 50lbs
• Comprehension of written and verbal instructions
• Task prioritization and adaptability in fast‑paced setting
• Completion of required training for TAP
