Job Summary
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. The role involves performing all-purpose duties, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques, learning training material and hands‑on skills, reading estimates, identifying damage, repairing vehicles, and checking work for quality and accuracy under a mentor’s direction.

- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
- English speaking and reading ability
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks: reaching below/above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50lbs.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment
- Commitment to complete required training and certifications related to TAP
- Nice to have but not required: previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo‑Tech certification
- Consistent physical activity: reach, kneel, bend, squat, lift up to 50lbs
- Comprehension of written and verbal instructions
- Task prioritization and adaptability in fast‑paced setting
- Completion of required training for TAP
